Colborne Developments Ltd was established in December 2004 which combined three individuals extensive background knowledge of Construction and Development as well as Interior Design. Contracts to-date include substantial building work on properties throughout Greater Manchester for both private and commercial clients. These projects include the refurbishment of a four storey building in Ashton under Lyne, a large shop -flat and cellar conversion in Greenfield, we have also undertaken similar sized projects including full house refurbishment/cellar and loft conversions, commercial works including the refurbishment of an industrial unit. We have also recently completed the major office refurbishment for Kenworthy Funeral Directors on behalf of a client. We also carry out smaller works such as the installation of central heating systems ect, as well as carrying out maintenance works for various clients within the Manchester area.
